 Each celebration is unique. From wedding ceremonies to special occasions, O.V.E. is equipped to help you execute your perfect event. Below you’ll find information about what is included with our venue rental, including pricing.

Capacity

O.V.E. max occupancy is 200 people. The reception barn is unique with its rustic sliding doors making the barn partially open to accommodate an indoor/outdoor experience, if desired. The barn holds roughly 50 guests comfortably inside. The covered outdoor reception terrace comfortably seats 200 guests.

Features & Amenities

The outdoor ceremony area consists of a large stone stage with a white custom-built alter (can be decorated if desired), and descending theater-style seating. Sitting beside the stage is a peaceful waterfall and Koi fish pond which empties into a stream that trickles between the stage and the seating area under a large boulder bridge.

The reception barn includes guest bathrooms, string lights, ceiling fans, and an indoor/outdoor custom-built wet bar. Our covered outdoor Pergola Terrace allows guests to experience views of the Snohomish River Valley and Olympic mountains. We have two air-conditioned ‘get ready’ rooms. The Bridal Cottage is equipped with 5 workstations, private bathroom, and an enclosed outdoor garden. The Grooms’s Chambers provides a private fenced sitting area and putt-putt green for entertainment. The children’s play area offers a safe haven for the little ones. The grounds are beautifully landscaped for breathtaking photo opportunities, and the large lawn is available for outdoor games for all ages.

  • 200 white cushioned resin wedding chairs

  • Extension cords, umbrella and 6ft tables (with standard white linens) for the DJ area

Pricing

Olympic View Estates is available 7 days a week from May 1 through October 15, one wedding per day, max capacity is 200 people.  We allow you to hire your own vendors for your event, and if you do, additional vendor contracts may be required. We’re currently offering a discount if you hire our preferred wedding coordinator, Jennifer Wilson with JW Industries, for your event at our venue. Please ask for more details.
